2010 SCHEDULE:
YOUTH DAY CAMP
This camp is designed to develop & enhance
skating, passing, shooting and stickhandling skills for beginner and
intermediate youth hockey players.
The Camp will also provide game
situational drills & scrimmage opportunities to "put into action" what is
learned.

8:00 am - 8:30 am Report to Arena *Arena doors
open at 8am*
9:00 am - 10:30 am (90 minutes) -- On Ice Training
10:30-10:50 am
(20 Minutes) – Change/Break
10:50 am – 12:00 Noon (70 minutes) -- Off-ice Training and/or classroom
12:00 Noon -12:45 pm (45 minutes) -- Lunch
12:45 - 1:55 pm (70 minutes) -- Off-ice Training and/or classroom On Ice

1:55-2:15 pm
(20 Minutes) – Change/Break
2:15 pm - 3:45 pm
(90 minutes) -- On Ice Training
3:45-4:00 pm
